Areeba Ajanee

Financial Modelling Expert, MSc, CFA

Areeba Ajanee is a CFA Charterholder and financial modelling specialist with close to two decades of experience building, reviewing and advising on financial models across real estate, infrastructure and corporate finance. She combines strong technical modelling skills with a background spanning independent consulting, multilateral development finance and investment banking.

Areeba spent over a decade working as an independent financial modelling consultant, alongside senior in-house and advisory roles. She worked as a Manager at Operis in Toronto, and prior to that as a Financial Modelling Expert for the Asian Development Bank, where she supported financial modelling on infrastructure and development finance projects across Asia. Earlier in her career, she worked in London within Cushman & Wakefield's real estate business, first as an Analyst in Real Estate Corporate Finance and later as a Research Analyst in the European Research Group. She began her career in investment banking and corporate finance at ORIX Corporation in Karachi.

Areeba holds an MSc in International Accounting & Finance from Cass Business School, completed with Distinction, and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2012.
